青石破碎機(jī)是青石破碎生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)備之一。主要作用是:將從山上開采的大塊青石料進(jìn)行破碎,破碎至25-20mm以下成品料,破碎+整形,二合一設(shè)備。
青石破碎機(jī)工作原理:電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)三角帶、大帶輪帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn);待破碎物料由喂料設(shè)備經(jīng)入料口送入破碎腔、高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子帶動(dòng)錘頭對(duì)物料進(jìn)行次打擊;獲得動(dòng)能后的物料高速撞向反擊板得到二次破碎;碰撞反彈后或遭錘頭再次打擊或與其它物料相互碰撞。物料在碰撞的過程中逐漸向破碎腔下部的活動(dòng)反擊板移動(dòng),當(dāng)物料粒度小于錘頭與活動(dòng)反擊板之間的間隙時(shí),在自重和其它物料的壓擠下脫離破碎腔,從而結(jié)束一個(gè)完整的破碎過程。排出后的物料由篩選設(shè)備篩選后,部分大于選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的物料,需運(yùn)送破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行二次破碎。
青石碎石機(jī)是青石制砂生產(chǎn)線中的設(shè)備。主要用于:將破碎設(shè)備處理后的半成品料進(jìn)行加工處理,獲得用于蓋房的大沙。
青石碎石機(jī)工作原理:青石碎石機(jī)主要由機(jī)體、破碎板、上轉(zhuǎn)子、下轉(zhuǎn)子、擺錘、旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、篩板等組成,該機(jī)在工作過程中兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子相對(duì)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),進(jìn)入破碎腔的物料由個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子上的錘頭進(jìn)行打擊破碎并獲得的動(dòng)能后撞向第二個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子,由于第二個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子與物料飛來的方向相反,此時(shí)第二個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子對(duì)物料的打擊速度等于兩個(gè)速度的疊加,物料經(jīng)如此多次的循環(huán)打擊而破碎后經(jīng)篦條的縫隙排出。破碎原料(石灰?guī)r、青石、礫石、煤矸石、煤、片麻巖等)通過ZG振動(dòng)給料機(jī)均勻地喂入PCZ重型錘式破碎機(jī)初步破碎,經(jīng)粗碎后的成品通過皮帶輸送機(jī)輸送至PC錘式破碎機(jī)破進(jìn)一步破碎,二次破碎后的石料通過皮帶輸送機(jī)輸送至青石破碎機(jī)再次破碎,再次破碎整形處理的石料通過皮帶輸送機(jī)輸送至YK振動(dòng)篩篩分出不同規(guī)格的石子,滿足客戶粒度要求的石子通過皮帶輸送機(jī)輸送至成品料堆,不合格的石子通過皮帶輸送機(jī)重新返回至青石破碎機(jī)再次破碎,形成閉路多次循環(huán)完成。

Working principle of bluestone crusher: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through a V-belt and a large pulley; The material to be crushed is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding port by the feeding equipment, and the high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer to strike the material; After obtaining kinetic energy, the material collides with the counterattack plate at high speed and undergoes secondary crushing; After collision and rebound, or being hit again by a hammer or colliding with other materials. During the collision process, the material gradually moves towards the movable impact plate at the bottom of the crushing chamber. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the movable impact plate, it separates from the crushing chamber under its own weight and the pressure of other materials, thus ending a complete crushing process. After the discharged materials are screened by the screening equipment, some of the materials that are larger than the selected standards need to be transported to the crusher for secondary crushing.
The bluestone crusher is an equipment in the bluestone sand production line. Mainly used for processing semi-finished materials processed by crushing equipment to obtain large sand for building.
Working principle of bluestone crusher: The bluestone crusher is mainly composed of a body, a crushing plate, an upper rotor, a lower rotor, a pendulum, a rotary drive device, a sieve plate, etc. During the operation of the machine, the two rotors rotate relative to each other. The material entering the crushing chamber is crushed by the hammer head on each rotor and the kinetic energy obtained is then collided with the second rotor. Since the direction of the second rotor is opposite to the direction of the material flying, the impact speed of the second rotor on the material is equal to the superposition of the two speeds. After so many cycles of impact, the material is crushed and discharged through the gap of the grate. Crushed raw materials (limestone, bluestone, gravel, coal gangue, coal, gneiss, etc.) are uniformly fed into the PCZ heavy-duty hammer crusher through a ZG vibrating feeder for initial crushing. The roughly crushed finished product is transported to the PC hammer crusher for further crushing through a belt conveyor. The stone material after secondary crushing is transported to the bluestone crusher for further crushing through a belt conveyor. The stone material after further crushing and shaping is transported to the YK vibrating screen for screening different specifications of stones through a belt conveyor. The stones that meet the customer's particle size requirements are transported to the finished material pile through a belt conveyor, and the unqualified stones are returned to the bluestone crusher for further crushing through a belt conveyor, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles to complete.
